I've been playing for a while now, remember some of the top pros from the mid 90's - 2002. Just wondering of anyone knows what some of these guys might be up to.

I remember watching Cameron Todd and Eric Tracey @ the KCWO . I also remember watching Scott Stokley and Rivers Sherrod @ national doubles a long time ago. I guess with all things life takes people in different directions.

Scott is pretty much retired (one brief de-retirement trip to USDGC in 07) and, if I've heard correctly, has finally sold his house in SE MI and relocated to the Chicago area where his career and family are priority one.

Todd Branch is alive and well in SW MI. I saw him briefly in K'zoo and he's his usual happy self, just not playing much golf.

Brian - I have footage of some of these folks, so if you put W-A-T-N? stories together, it wouldn't be too hard to put some footage together to bring the stories to life via video. Let me know what you think. How are your Voice-Over skills?

His putter and his comet are so ridiculously flippy. It looks like he's just putting off of the teepad on shorter holes with that putter. It flips flat and flies straight on a glide that doesn't look... right. Its just weird. Accurate as hell, though. He was at Parmalee Park Revival last weekend.

Did you actually go to the link Juffman provided?

The removal of the link had nothing to do with Jeff the Moderator and everything to do with the graphic language and images on that site. The folks that ran the sting operation put all their evidence on that site including transcripts and photos from Mr. Wield's IM sessions.

I would have reported the post myself but someone else beat me to it. Juffman could have put up a less graphic link to get his point across like this one:

web page (http://offender.doc.state.wi.us/public/search/sor?action=offenderdetail&offender=543353&x=42&ack nowledged=true&zip_code=&last_name=&page=1&y=12&hi st=%2Fsearch%2Fsearchbylocation.jsp%2Baction%3Dsea rchbylocation)

Yes but I didn't look at pictures. And still stand by what I stated above. I think minors should know what predators are looking for and their lingo. Might be a little graphic but higher educational. I've seen more stupid/disprespectful/obscene/ graphic stuff on this board that hasn't gotten reported when stuff like this should be open to all. I wouldn't feel too safe with predators being in the parks with children even if it's a disc golf course. I know where I live they are not allowed in Public Parks. Back to what happened to some of the old pros?

real world called, I think

I was assimilated by the Borg.
In 2004 the disc golfer aspect of my mind was incorporated into that of Dave "The Borg" Feldberg along with those of Scott Stokely, most of Sam Ferrans, and a little bit of both Lissamans.
After Dave won The Worlds in Michigan there was a moment when, during his sense of self accomplishment, I was able to break away from the collective. I tried to coax Stokely into escaping with me but he was too overjoyed at finally knowing what it felt like to win a world championship and would not leave.
It's been almost six months now. I have been attending group therapy with Locutus and Seven-of-Nine. I've been making good progress. Perhaps one day I'll play singles again.

He has also entered fatherhood and even a phone call at an inopportune time can be an *inconvenience* to say the least. ;)

RJ Jerez is now out of the big house and playing some inspiring disc golf in the Motherlode area even with a banged up body that never really recovered from his accident.

I've been in the game for over 15 years and the best player on this list of Where are they Now is "Suave" aka Steve Valencia...that dude was an incredible player.

I played once since October, and it was on New Year's Day with Valencia. Still has a huge arm, and a great putter. Haven't played since...

Keith Warren still plays leagues and such. He has been working on his house and works full time. I think it is just another case of full time wages versus the expense and non-guaranteed income.

I saw someone mention RJ Jerez....if I remember right he was involved in a traffic accident that didn't turn out so well for the other driver and he had been incarcerated but I think he is going to be getting out soon. RJ was am AWESOME guy and hope to see that dude out again sometime soon....He was winning the 1st Worlds I went to in SB Indiana, after 5 rounds(was actually beating Climo by 9, but we all know how that worked out)...RJ had some game.

RJ is playing golf again! I played with him last week @ a doubles in auburn... he's still good too. considering a very long break...

Regarding Larry Leonard,

This is a quote i grabbed from MTL21676 in the "He's coming back" discussion from the Players Forum talking about Cam's return where Larry was mentioned. It goes like this:

Quote: "LL pretty much just got tired of crappy run events and putting up with the stupid people that would run them and then them still being allowed to run them."

Anyone know if Cam Todd is planning on playing as much/more/less than he did last year?
