I'm sure this is the same guy who got the discs out of the pond at the tournament. JOSH, if you know this guy, you need to get on him. Or, I will just report him to the police for selling stolen property.

The police will not do anything about it - they are lost not stolen

we have the same problem down here with a few slugs and I couldn't even get ebay to remove the listings, much less get him to return my own disc which he removed my name, PDGA # and phone number from

sucks, but they are not selling anything stolen

When they take them during the middle of a tournament round. When you could in theory come and get the after the round....

But I believe that you are not allowed in that pond. You are at least not allowed any floating devices, I'm not sure about walking in the pond though?

And the park told us that THEY would collect the lost discs and return them to us if they had names on them.

you are right Chris, you are not allowed in the water, period. The conservation officer knows that people are entering the water. I think I know who did it yesterday. Im definitely going to approach them.

if you have a way, ebay wizard, to find out an address this person is shipping from I can definitely figure it out.

I'll just have to buy something from them, and then get their address after I win the auction.

Yeah, they talked a bunch of smack to us while we were waiting for the warning and then threw thumbers from the white tee to the drop zone on 15. Then they threw across the pond, one of them got a call on his cell and stood by the basket after the warning sounded and then the start sounded. We waited, waited and then while still standing on the green told us we could drive we told them to move up the hill please so they took a couple of steps up the hill and as I was waiting to drive, the dude kept waiving his arms in plain site line of the target.

We also noticed that one of them had someone's disc and we asked if they were going to give it back and they said yes, but then threw it from the tee. When they left, Jim got on the phone and called the guy who owned the disc and told him where they were going.
