1000+ points, check your PDGA profile. You have 122 for the year.

As a Masters age amateur, the points requirement is lower, 400 points, but there are other ways to qualify for an invite, too.

Here is the qualification from 08 worlds (http://www.pdga.com/documents/2008/08WorldsQualficaitonStandards.pdf)

You may not get an invite but, as in years past, you can just sign up after the intial invitees time has expired. The best thing to do is play in the Bowling Green, KY AM's. You can get a bulk of your points there if you place good.

Does anybody have any clue on how you can earn a national tour pin?

So you can sign up for the wait list after the invites have been sent?

There is no waitlist. You just wait until the date specified when anyone can enter that wasn't invited which is usually 60 days after the invites go out. Then it's first come, first served.

The link above goes to an empty page...is there another web page that shows the point breakdown for invitees?

it's not 5000+ points unless they changed it. It should only be 1000+ points. Correct?

How many rounds is a MA1 player guaranteed to play? Are there cuts made to the MA1 division? If so, when will those be made?

Win on points for your state and division. Or buy one from my daughter Kelsey. She has nine of them now! :D

I would have gotten one this year but the powers that be decided to do away with them this year. Thanks PDGA for taking away another member benefit. That dog tag was real sweet though! What do you guys do for us again?
