ok boys and girls, I got a question I need a little help with...

At my local course there are some sewage drains that run along the street that the course is on. Lets say for instance you're playing a hole and your shot hyzers out over the street cause you're trying to skip back in off the street back into play and it doesn't make it. Now I know for sure the street is OB, but the sewage drain in right below where the grass and in bounds line is. Does that line of verticality come into play there or does that sewage drain count as part of the round and it's ob? I need your help!

it sounds like there should be a ground rule specific to that instance. check with the course pro.

It's OB unless TD says otherwise. Read the Rules Q&A on Bridge Over OB (multiple surfaces). You can have an OB sewer running underneath an inbounds playing surface.
