The next San Antonio Disc Club Meeting will be on December 6, 2008 at Bryan McClain Park. We will hold the meeting after the Saturday Morning Mini. Here are the details:

We are doing Random Draw Doubles that morning instead of singles and we are only playing 9 Holes. EVERYONE who plays that morning will pay the same entry fee....$0.00 :eek:. That's right...a FREE mini with $100.00 cash going to payout. :eek: We will also have discs and other items to give away that morning. We would like you to attend our meeting so that you can know more about what SADC is all about. We have lots of GREAT ideas for next year. Come one...come all...bring a friend. See you all then. ;)

The 12/06 mini will be FREE to ALL participants ... that�s right FREE. SADC is putting $100 worth of cash for the payout plus many prizes will be given away as CTPs. The mini will be 9 holes of Random Draw Doubles. After the mini, we'll conduct a brief end of year review meeting where the SADC Executive Council will speak about the year that has been and what to expect for 2009. We encourage all club members to come to this event and even if you are not a club member we would also like for you to attend. Reasons to attend:

1) It�s your chance to get involved and make suggestions for next year. 2009 will be HUGE for SADC!

2) You get a free entry for the Holiday Ham give away.

3) There's $100 worth of free cash up for grabs.

4) There's approximately $110 worth of free merchandise up for grabs.

Because the Saturday Morning Minis start at 9:30. We don't change the time because it's going to be cold. Saturday's forecast is Sunny with a Low of 41 and a High of 68. C'mon out and play it Randall.

What a turnout for the FREE mini this morning. We had 50 people show up to play the random draw doubles. :eek: We played 9 holes, had a ring of fire, conducted the meeting, and had a raffle. I enjoyed every minute of it. We should definetaly do more things like this in the future. Thanks to all who showed up and played. A Special Thank You to Scott Hougland, Jerry Lively, Greg Galloway, and Stacey Pereida for volunteering their time to getting this club up and running. We had a great 1st year and I look forward to see what next year will bring.
