I have trouble hitting lines sometimes and I feel it is from the angle of my run up. I think it is this becuase the disc is coming out of my hand right and on the angle I want, and it is actually going straight, and when I look back I relieze that is where I was aiming.
Does anyone have tips for picking run up lines? I find it happens off the tee more then in the fairway.
Cheers,
Matt

I don't understand the question. If the disc is coming out of your hand right, on the angle you want and going straight; what's the problem?

Take your time and really visualize the flight that you want your disc to fly on. Think about where at the end of the teepad the disc needs to come out of your hand to fly on the intended line. Line yourself up at the end of the teepad with your arm strectched out like you were releasing the disc with the correct angle. Now back yourself up like you are being rewound through your runup. You should now be at the back of the tee and know exactly what you need to do to execute your shot. The rest is up to timing.

Take a video of yourself on the tee throwing several shots. Put a small camera directly behind the teepad - from this you should see yourself throwing the disc on the line directly opposite of your pullback. If that is happening correctly, figure out why your runup is causing you to loose accuracy (i.e. are you starting too far on one side, do you fall off to one side after the impact, is there just a lot of variation in your runup).
A lot of times, we perceive that we are doing everything right because the shot feels "normal" but when you actually get video feedback on your shot you may notice something you didn't even know you were doing...

I've noticed that if my disc is coming out left of where I want it to, I'm usually starting my run up too far on the right hand side of the tee box. Conversly if I am missing to the right I am usually starting my run up too far on the left hand side of the tee box. By correctly this I've had better results. The reason being is that if you start on the right hand side of the tee box and run up to the center your line of attack is angled to the left. By moving just a few inches to the left, this will mive your angle back to the right and correct the issue. Hope that helps.

Think about the direction of your reach back and your follow through (arm and body). The run up angle is not an issue if you are reaching back along the throw line, pulling through along the throw line, and following through on the throw line (body momentum). Personally, I find that having my run up on the same line of my throw is helpful... YMMV.
