so starting this friday Paul B has graciously offered to hold friday skins out at his house on the 4th friday of each month.

so starting tomorrow meet out at Paul's for friday skins if you would like too. need to tee by 4:45

Looks like Vinnie and Paul W so far for Pauls and about 5 or so for the winter course. If you have a TexTag, getting back to town from paul's is fast and easy, if not then harder and longer. Time to let your voice be heard on this. I'm sure Paul will understand if only a few people show up today due to short notice so don't kill yourself trying to make it if you feel you just don't have the time or the drive is to far. As for me, its only 7-miles away so I don't really have a reason to NOT show up, but would rather go were the most people are going so please if you have not responed please do.

Hope everyone had a chance to play disc last nite! I'm sure Rivery was a blast. Those of us who wandered into south austin had a good time as well. Of course there was the Good Old Boy payout system, but thats just fine and dandy, thats the way they have always done that and good for them. I'm sure you heard that WE did not come home with any Aces. I guess Larry was still bothered by that FAKE knee. Anyway, score's from those who did venture down.

Fun times as usual. 3 teams Edman/Parker, LT/Matty, and Carroll/KT. Parker and Edman barely won while only taking skins twice. Team LT/Matty and Team Gloved one/KT were tied for second. I think the skin score was 18/0/0! Edman and Parker barely edged out the competition again! Should have made them take 18 whiskey shots before the round.

Does anyone know when the cross country meet is and if they will be there tomorrow? There were busses from 4 different high schools there today walking the course.

I dont see anything from the city. but I would bet they will be out there

The runners probably won't bother us since with a few people we can start on hole 5 or 6 and they'll be gone by the time we come back.

Nah - LT's too old, Gavid Patrick is a good fill-in when you're not around to kickc. He's a lot like you, comes & hangs out, drinks, etc - never brings any whiskey :(. A lot like you. :)

Proly a sheetload of runners by the time we're finished Fun Hatin' & can get to the park, I say we go to the Cat Box. I know you'll will all pipe up with "let's go to Wilco" & if I were trying to become a better golfer, I'd agree with you. In this case however, I'm lookin' to get my swerve on & have a good time. 200ft holes sound like just the place for that.
