I browsed the 2008 PDGA Tour documents (some of which have yet to be released), and noticed in one of them (I think it's the TD checklist) that mentions the "Speed of play" change. Anyone have any official info on this rule/standard? Is it just requiring better enforcement of the rules already in place or is it actually a rule change?
