I went to the Riverside Golf CLub to give the long, spread out, lengthy holes another go today, and I was told that the entire course was being pulled up for a redesign. The lady there told me that it would probably be done by the end of october. Anyone else have any information on this? Was this a result of a fallout between RGC and Fly18?
Also, if youre looking for a few free rounds, the lady took my name and number and told me she would call me when the course was set to go and throw me a few complimentary rounds.

The newly designed course will be installed in the coming weeks. The owners are very generous and are helping So Cal DGA by hosting our year end So Cal Series awards, full membership banquet and elections on December 9th.
More details on the event and registration forms for the fun round of disc golf before the awards banquet will be posted on the So Cal website soon.
The course information has been pulled from the online directory until the re-install is complete. I kindly ask that players do not take advantage of the wonderful and generous owners by going out to try to play a round of disc golf just to get free play certificates. Anyone coming to the year end event will receive discounts for future rounds of DG and qualify to win annual disc golf passes and other great stuff donated by Riverside Golf Club.
I will post on here as soon as the new course layout has been installed.

As part of the re-design, will they be installing new Innova baskets - I hope! ;-)
I'm not a big fan of the fly18 baskets...

I think that's a given (and a welcome one), considering the fact that Discette has all the info. ;)
And yeah, those Dr. Fred baskets suck.

The fall out occured when the owners decided to cut me out of the disc golf sales by going to our disc manafactur and set up thier own account. We had a contract that was going through some changes and never were signed. We were working in good faith for 18 months. In business this is known as a defacto contract.I did offer the course a buyout that would have made both parties hole they declined. This was the first course I built in over 100 degree weather with my 7 year son.I have installed over 325 baskets on golf courses this is the first to leave on these terms.I will be taking legal action and the courts will decide.I hope you dont get hit by balls flying in all directions as you play in the trees.I look forward to seeing all of you at the banquet. ;)

Awards banquet will start shortly after the round which should be around 1:00 - give or take. The meeting, banquet and awards should end by 4:00 or 5:00 but since we have never done anything like this before, I can't be definite.

The new course at Riverside, is really, very nice. I played it from the red tee's and was very impressed with the many different shots that were required on the course. Great job, pretty easy to follow the layout too.
