I am having a problem with letting my wrist go to much which is causing any disc I throw to turn over and fixxes? It does not matter what disc I throw it turns. Any help would be great.

So you mean that you are putting to much "snap" on the disc?

Probably he means he is rolling his "wrist," actually rotating in the forearm between the wrist and the elbow. My daughter Kira and my wife both do that when they are going for extra distance. I think it comes from trying to throw stronger than you are. Somewhere in Dave's distance thread he says the wrist has to function as a hinge. I think the best way to avoid rolling the wrist is by finishing your backhand throw palm down or your forehand throw palm up.
Also, rolling the wrist will cause tendonitis over the long run.

Yes I thinking I am rolling my wrist over. Something I was told is try and throw more hyzer and work from there. Which I have started and it is helping.
