I was curious-why would a tourney get posted without a round rating-tourneys have been played and posted at the course previously...tia

td's can post results themselves which aren't official, these get unofficial ratings- when the pdga gets the td report and posts the official results those unofficial ratings leave and there is lag time until the official ratings come out.
