What is the best wind situation for a right handed forehand throw?

I'll throw a RH forehand throw in almost any wind but I will often choose RH forehand over a BH backhand when the wind is coming from the right (2 o'clock - 4 o'clock) and is stronger than 5 mph, I tend to get more consistent results.

I throw RH forehand on almost all my drives and upshots, and the only wind that I don't like is a direct head wind. The best wind I like throwing in is a direct crosswind from right to left, I'll throw something a little more flippy like a surge and watch it glide.

I guess it depends on what kind of shot you want to do. If you're just looking for a good long drive, I usually think that a tailwind/crosswind that is coming over your right shoulder is the best if you're just looking for distance.
Specialty shots are a little different though, i.e. spike hyzers, power forehand rollers, etc.

Also, wind plays into choosing error margins. We have a hole with OB left and woods right that's about 300 foot. 7-11 o'clock winds, I throw backhand (right handed), 11-7 I throw forehand. I'd always prefer to end up in the woods than in OB. Tailwinds let me throw forehand with a little turn over and flex it over the OB then back in towards the basket.

I really struggle with long forhand throws when the wind is coming from my right. It gets caught and sometimes turns in to a roller. i use heavier disks to avoid that.

I prefer a right to left wind and tailwind. I like to use a beat pro wraith for tailwinds and broke in star teerex, broke in champ eagle or star firebird for the right to left wind. It all depends on the distance and wind speed.
it looks like your getting some good advice . i get more distance in tail wind or right to left wind. if i have a head wind or left to right wind i through a backhand for better results.heavy discs i am more accurate but if the wind is right i use discs a few grams lighter for extra distance.
