If you haven't seen, Willamette has a practice basket installed just across the path from the 1st tee. I'm not sure who all put it in (I heard Dana saying he helped), but thank you all for your effort... it and the surrounding area looks great!
I spent some time clearing out limbs and sticks from where the tree fell over during the winter, so now we have some more space and some trees to practice shooting behind that aren't clogged with branches. Further improvements to the course, from spreading mulch to contributing towards a 3rd set of chains for the practice basket, would be welcome, and I would be more than happy to volunteer my time or money. Good job ya'll

The practice basket was purchased and installed by the WDGC with the OK of the Corvallis Parks Department. All work was done by Greg Alpert, John Ross, and Dana Lawton....and perhaps others. Thank you for your clearing of branches....looks great.
