I just want some feedback on my drive technique. The 1st vid is a straight shot the 2nd is a big turnover. I drive about 375-385 consistanly on golf line, but i can hit 400 occasionally. The Thing about my distance that gets me is i can hit 340-350 consistantly with my rocs. Should there be a bigger gap?

You are throwing nose up. That is why the drivers are not going much further than your Rocs.

Try slowing down your run up or throw with no runup and work on smoothness. Also work on throwing LOW and flat. This won't give you max D but it will fix any nose up / grip / snap issues. I practice my driving technique (which is sloppy and needs practice :-) ) by throwing my putters and Rocs. If I can line drive them 5-10 ft off the ground (vs towering S-flights) then I know my timing is good. If I keep flipping them over then I have issues to work out. Once you've dialed this in then go back to your drivers. Slowly start aiming at a higher point... at a certain point there is (IMO) an accuracy / distance tradeoff. Watch top pros when they play vs. when they throw in a D contest... completely different flights paths and strategies.
