Make that Random Beaver, Mad Town Throwdown and The Big Chill back to back to back! And I thought I was going to save money from NOT playing disc golf events throughout the winter!

Are the fees per person or per team?

Good question about the fees Serg - those are PER TEAM.

I'm not trying to 'jack' this thread but its in the spirit of these winter events and formats ... the Random Beaver Round Up III will have the same format as always which is best shot, random draw, then modified worst shot.

The question is ... should we do the longer lunch break after the first round or the random round? I forget what I've done in the past.

Sending me a PM or e-mail is fine because like I said, I don't want to take away from this particular thread.

Hey Todd!

Getting excited about actually having a little snow here during a winter event!

I received an open entry fee just the other day so it's great to see pre-registrations coming in!

What will the setup be like at the bar? Would it be alright if I brought some merchandise for just cash sales?

Also, Lifetime Disc Sports will be good for a few CTP prizes so count on that.

Any recommendations for food products or donations for people to bring? This event will be a fun doubles event but let's also pump it up to be a good fund raiser as well! Everyone - please bring some food to donate and if you are too lazy to go and get some food products plan to throw a few extra bucks in for a cash donation. Too often disc golfers get less than ideal press coverage so let's do something positive and really impress non-disc golfers!

Looks like I'll have to take those glow roc's out of the bag! It will be fun to play in the snow... been a long time. Only bad thing... almost time to shovel again. Can't forget to bring those food items!

Before anyone else posts about the GDS event, I wanted to apologize to Jason. I'm super sorry that I hit you. I've never hit anyone before, and I feel horrible. I tried to yell fore, but I have such a whimpy voice. I would've bought you a drink, but I don't think people with head wounds are supposed to have alcohol. Sorry!

That was some crazy stuff! I don't think Jason was too mad though... I think he got pretty lucky where it did hit him with his sweatshirt on.

Anyhow, the event was great. Thanks Ebens for putting this on and doing a great job, everything ran smoothly and on time. Lets do more of these!

Like I said before if we lose you owe us a $100 bucks:)~ Jason was fine even though we bogied the next hole. He carried me for long enough that round, Nice approach on 18 Trygve Jason is fine he got hit in the hoodie part so I guess he had a layer or 2 before it hit his neck.

See, all you guys had to do was shoot -18 instead of -17 the first round... :D

Just have Chris and Tryg give you the money. They said they'd pay me if I took out one of you guys... Seriously though, that had to hurt like heck. He's gonna hurt today, and what is he going to tell all his guy friends? "Some chic hit me with a disc?"

Does anyone know if Jason will be fully functional for the Big Chill? He can relax a little knowing that I won't be there. I still feel like I owe him something. Maybe I can caddy for him at a tournament?
