So I lost my ace disc on Hole 11!!! In the creek....i actually went in the disgusting water which was neck deep by the way. Didnt find it!!!

I lost my first ace disc in the water, only to get it back 8 months later. I was lucky.

But I told Liz the day she hit the ace to never throw it again, I was speaking from experience, but did she listen?! Nooooo. lesson learned Liz, lesson learned.

Seems to be a re-occuring theme. My first 2 ace's on the same disc are sitting somewhere on the bottom of a lake in Athens Texas.

Julia Snelson today, perfect forehand downhill #5 at the newly opened Yucaipa Regional Park, Yucaipa, California. I believe this is the first ace since the course was opened three weeks ago. Straight in with a 180g DX Roc.

Julia is a natural, having owned the Women's Division of the inaugural Redlands Fall Fling, and now this, all with around a dozen rounds under her belt. As a nurse she has a flexible schedule, and it looks like she might be getting real good really quickly.

Fun bonus is that a reporter and a photographer for the San Bernardino Sun newspaper were out for the round as well, and Julia's ace will likely get some happy press.
