Thanks for kind words. We are hard at work making plans for the 2007 season and plan to take it to another level. Many new and VERY exciting additions, changes and upgrades on the way. Winter seems to go too fast with the excitement level this high.

I have to say on behalf of the DGTV crew, A HUGE THANK YOU to all for viewing, supporting, promoting and especially to our advertisers, without them DGTV could not exist. Stay tuned, some great vids are coming soon.........

Thank You,

As far as hits go, were well over a million, but hits are not whats important, unique viewers are, we have gained an average of over 1000 new viewers per month since mid summer. Help spread the word and we will continue to do what we can to showcase our ever growing sport. A really exciting stat is that 4% of our viewers are on the site for more than 1 hour per visit!! Thats alot of newbies/die hards watching alot of bandwith ($) of video. We get many emails from new players blown away on the talent that is in the sport.
As always, feel free to email ideas, suggestions, volunteer opps, news worthy events in your area ect.... to [email protected] we'd love to hear from you.
Thanks,
TG

Keith,
We'll do our best to cover the Masters as well. We will have pretty solid crew there, but you can always bring your own camera and submit footage as well. WIth a few of those back up holes, we all could be camera people!

Congrats to the St. Cloud ice bowl, what an amazing job Rick Rentz and Adam Gorres do with this record breaking event. See it here:

The people want to see the TOP DAWG footage not the old men...that's like asking Timmy to tape the MA1's more, who wants to see that? [nobody]

There is a reason The Champions Tour (SENIORS) does not get on TV much, it's because NOBODY CARES...I want to see the BEST players in the world play, not the "age restricted" best players.

Just my 2 cents

if you look at the ratings and talent of the "old guys" you'll see as many of them over 990 rated signed up as the open pros...

i'd rather see GOOD fotage of GOOD golfers no matter how old they are...as i appreciate good golf..
alot of the top women and old guys play MUCH better than some of the younger and teenagers that play....

i would think timmy wants to showcase the ggod players not just the same 8 top open guys that you'll see at every event

just my 2 cents

That would be great Keith, I will be in Vegas as well, the more the merrier.
That is a good point MC and Keith, what would the masses rather see?? We could follow the top few cards and get all the shot by shot action (even the boring layups) or would you rather see a bunch of highlights of random folks from all divisions then a few minutes recapping the champions?? We can do anything, just let us know what you would want to see. We've recieved great feedback regarding interviews and many want more of them, and we plan to.
Thanks for the input,
TG

Point taken...I'll admit that I do like watching guys like Mitch McClellan, Joel Kelly or Steve Wisecup play golf. Those guys have skills and they are very nice people.

But for the most part you will see more/better action from the top open players...you gotta admit it does not get much better than watching a guy like Aleksey Bubis birdie a 500 foot hole ON TAPE. Masters don't throw 500 feet.

Funny, we do have a good amount of footage of many top dogs behaving badly. What to do with it?? We could burn it to a DVD and send it to them so they can see how lame it looks. Airing it out on DGTV wouldn't be the right thing to do, atleast not yet.

My Hero , all aces under 300 feet and not worth over $1000 will not make the cut! :o

Good thing my most recent money ace was 335' and worth $1082. :DKeep up the good work Timmy!

...and MulleTT, you surprised me on the Skylands DVD when you tried to go over the top(cant remember what hole it was) while everyone else(on the dvd) threw the anhyzer (except for Feldburg.) Your first shot failed, your second shot, which also failed, looked to be like a thumber skip shot attempt. The true gentleman that you are then came out. You tilted your head back and laughed to yourself. I know a lot of golfers that would have thrown a fit knowing the best they could take now is a 4. You're a great rep for the sport, and a pretty nice mullett too! :p

Tokyo, glad to hear you miss the updates. Our staff has been working hard on the production of the AM Worlds DVD and numerous other projects. Our staff also ran an A tier last weekend and now we are hard at work preparing for the USDGC, where we will plan to knock your socks off with DAILY updates.
We have stockpiles of footage, don't worry, they won't go to waste, winter is almost here in MN!

Ah, that's too bad. It was working great Thursday night. I saw lots of golfers, people, & boxes of discs in a garage, or some building with bay doors. Perfectly clear picture and all.

i golfed all day yesterday so i wasn't able to see it, or not see it for that matter.

Keep pushing that envelope DGTV!
