Just wondering what things I should be thinking about before I suggest putting in a course at Folsom Lake. I'd like to have everything ready before going in so I don't look like an unorganized idiot!

The first thing you should do is go the OV (Final9) and talk to Jim Oates or Bruce Knisley.
They have ALREADY been talking to the Parks dept on a course in Folsom Lake. Combine your efforts, it doesnt look good to the Parks Dept. when the DG community are not on the same page.....
