Know its not Des Moines, but you are all so great and many of you love our courses as much we love yours, so if you can make it down, come on down!! If someone can post in your forum, that would be great. Just posting the rest of the info from the tournament thread. I had a great time at Ewing and Grandivew this weekend (hey if your daughter won you'd have had a great time in Grandview as well!!) Those of you that got beat by me carrying only three discs can come down and try your luck here in KC, though I bet I'll have 4 discs this time, need a hyzer driver I think!!

Thanks,

Jack

There are some great courses that you will be playing in KC, we are constantly working on the new courses, natural pads will still be in play at the Cliff Drive course, but Blue Valley is solid, if you missed your chance during the Wide Open, come play on the courses during the cooler months. I believe that lunch will be provided, and we should have some added cash for this event. There is still the $100 bounty at Blue Valley for anyone shooting a 59 or better........during a competition round, no date 60 is lowest score I have heard of even in casual play. Tell your friends about this awesome event, then stay overnight and play any of our other courses that you all love so dearly!! Don't forget next year is the 25th Wide Open, and though Cliff Drive will be a little different, like concrete pads, and a few tweaks, this will be a chance to practice competitvely with a PDGA win at these newest courses.

Many ways to get from here to there, the easiest is to take Cliff Drive all
the way East to Van Brunt, this means taking the lower road (think hole #4)
and staying left after Chestnut bridge, if you get to the Kansas City
Museum, stay on Gladstone to Van Brunt, enjoy t he houses.
Take Van Brunt South past Independence, past 12th street, follow signs on
continuation.( Take a left then a right to stay on Van Brunt).
At 23rd Street, take a left, go to Topping stoplight, and enter park on
South right after the light.
If it takes you more than 15 minutes, please call Mike Spady 913.269.4407
or Jack Lowe 913.485.5123

thanks-I enjoyed it as well!! Even with 3 discs.....used my bag here in Chgo on a fly18 course, went to the last hole, missed my 30' to lose. Irritating. Frustrated, and dangit not happy!
