G'day Everyone,
The time has come to kick into high gear and make my last ever event in the US one to remember. I have a lot planned for the final including the $30,000 HIO, and many other surprises and guests.
As this is my last event I hope not to be stuck behind the computer or sales desk all weekend. I would like a chance to say thanks and goodbye to everyone that is playing.
To do this in the fashion I envision I need help. Below is a list of volunteer jobs that I need help with. Remember that Am's play on Saturday and the Pro's on Sunday so that makes it easier to help out. In the coming week or two I would like to have a meeting in Live Oak with anyone that would like to help to go over my ideas and how we can make this a great event.
If anyone has any ideas, potential sponsors or anything they can add I would love to hear from you.
Please look over the list below and in the next week or so will let you know where we can all meet to talk about it.
Thanks
Chris
