That full moon in 12 days is the Sturgeon Full Moon, harbinger of an unknown classic, The Sturgeon Full Moon disc golf tournament.

This year the Sturgeon Full Moon will be celebrated under the Shady Oaks in Streamwood, Illinois. We will have a $1,000 ace pool on Saturday, and if no one aces, Sunday too.

We'll have 30 of the new Pulse from Discraft on Saturday as well as the ESP Wasp. Wasps with ESP! That's scary.

We'll be doing the Optional Throw Discraft Player Pack which is like a $22 or $24 value but we only call it ten when calculating the payouts. For Innova throwers, we also have a wide selection of MSRP priced Innova discs and a Pick-Your-Own-Player-Pack option. You want a KC Roc and a mini, a DX Bulldog and a Birdie Bag, whatever. You get 15 Brass to spend how you want.

Pre-register. Look at my signature.

Hmmm, I just read that DX Bulldogs are discontinued, so maybe we'll have them, maybe not!

We will have more Thumb Gripper Z Surges and ESP Buzzzes. Sorry I ran out of Birdie Bags in Rockford. I'll bring plenty this time. I had more Birdie Bags than players in Peoria! :o

Brett [or Mirth] updated pre-reg. Thank you! Starting to look more like a tournament now.

Pros can buy a player pack for $10 cash at registration. Spike has been doing that, to get the sweet deal on the Throw Discraft player pack. Thought I should mention that again.

The Advanced Sidebet is for players in the Advanced division only.

According to the PDGA we do about 140% payouts for the advanced amateurs in Brass and trophies, counting CTPs and player packs. We do about 160% for the lower divisions. I said this somewhere else but I'll reiterate it here, if any pro thinks the lower divisions are getting a better deal than them, I'll give any pro 166% in Brass for whatever they collect in cash. If you get last cash for $42 and would rather have 70 Brass, come see me. Same deal if you get first cash for $300 and would rather have 500 Brass. If you can sell Champion plastic quickly for $12 a disc at league or where ever, the Brass IS a better deal.

On-line pre-reg closes noon Friday. Brett and I will be at the course Friday evening.

I think you had Moose's score wrong with a 51 I think he shot a 61 otherwise he would of smoked the field.

Thanks. Just an input error when it went into the computer. It's been fixed now.
