This was our biggest draw last year so we are going split-day with it this year. Pro/Adv play Saturday like every other IOS.

This is a last-chance USADGC Qualifier. Top 20% not previously qualified qualifies. We're going to qualify a lot of players.

The ace pool is likely to be $750 again. Intermediates and Recreationals can play trophy-only and get a shot at the ace pool on Pro/Adv Saturday. It is probably $15 for Adv TO and $10 fro Pro TO.

Marshall Street donated 18 CTPs so that's nine added for each day. Plus we will do our regular afternoon CTPs, probably one 15 Brass CTP for every five players in your division.

Four pro women are pre-registered, although one or two are playing trophy-only.

$250 added cash for the pros from Discontinuum thanks to Marshall Street and Google Ads advertising revenue.

Combined with the usual IOS 2nd round CTP's there will be easily 50 CTP's during the
weekend.

IOS #4 is an Amateur Nationals qualifying event for the advanced division. There are
already 40 advanced players registered. At least nine will qualify for Am Nationals
and spots will go deep because of previously qualified players. This is one of the
last chances to qualify for one of the best amateur events. Check
www.amnationals.com (http://www.amnationals.com) for more information.

The Ace Pool will be $750.00. Last year Shane "Sleepy" Rose hit an ace on hole #4 of
the East course for $750.00. There has already been a $750.00 ace this year at
Crystal Lake.

There are currently 88 players registered for this event. There are 5 states
represented so far. There are 9 women registered in various divisions. You can check

$750 Ace pool, estimated, but also fo' sure with $580 some rolling over from Crystal Lake.

121 players pre-reged as of right now.
Over 50 in Advanced, currently.
At least 10 will qualify for Am Nationals, most likely everyone in the top 20 because of pre-qualified players.
Over 20 pre-reged in Men's Rec. We have the biggest Men's Rec fields of anyone I've seen, usually 40 per tournament.

$300 [? maybe $250?] added, mainly to the Open Pros. We're going with the 2006 PDGA Screw-the-Pro-Masters format, last I heard. It's not my money -- whatever the sponsor wants, within PDGA standards, we'll do.

Two courses. Plenty of room for a crazy turn out.

Yeah, don't let Joe Kowalski take that roll home to Kalamazoo.

On-line pre-reg has been extended to Friday at noon. On-line costs a couple of bucks more, but then you know you are in. We could fill the advanced pool but I don't see it happening with the Saturday-other pool, or on Sunday. So pre-reg gets you out of the slow line and into the fast line.
