Didn't see anything in the forum about Am Worlds arrangements. Is anyone in need of someone to ride and share gas, share a room, carpool to courses, etc?? A woman here has lost her ride, room, share expenses partner and we're seeing what we can work out. Who is staying where and would be willing to have a rider to the different courses? Thanks!

Hello! Does the woman who lost her ride/roomshare in Tulsa still in need? We may have space in our place left, if an air mattress will do. No luck on the ride, as we're from Michigan... you can message me if she's still in need. :)

Yep, Tuesday at Dovillio around 3 or 3:30...whenever we finish our round, which starts at noon.

If Des is doing a clinic, don't miss it! She did an amazing job at the IWC and even the players of 5 and 6 years learned a lot! Her ability to break the game down and explain technique is awesome!

Team Tulsa just raised the bar! I put this note in one of the Am Worlds threads - but it will get buried soon so I thought I'd post it here too.

We went through the players check-in and what did they give us? They gave all the women and junior gals six, very beautiful long-stemmed roses in a vase. And then at the players meeting last night, they had all of us go up to the front and they gave us each boxes of really cool PartyLite candles and candle holders. And today after our first round, top Pros Des Reading and Courtney Peavy are going to have a meet and greet, Q & A, games, and instruction.

Wow Tulsa! Thanks for making us women feel so very special and welcome! You rock!

A VERY big heartfelt thanks to all who made Tulsa 2006 Am Worlds a fantastic experience! The players packs were AWESOME- and the extras for the women were incredible! Everything was sooo organized. Y'all did an amazing job, and thank you, again! The clinic for the women was very cool - Thank you Des and Courtney! I learned a lot, implemented it, and I'm sure with lots of practise the tips will pay off. I did slam a 32 foot straddle putt pidgeon toed - implemented and executed! Thanks Des!!

It's pretty cool to finally be able to meet so many of the people that post here. I'll have to agree with Jen about the awesome Worlds experience. What I wouldn't give to be able to throw a Cobra like that girl does, maybe one day.......I look foward to playing with all of you again soon.
