To facilitate the rules committee removing Q&A that is no longer valid, I am issuing a challenge to all rules zealots:
Find the Q&A that is no longer valid and state the rule that makes it invalid. Here is one to start the ball rolling. Once we have argued about this for a while, I will compile it and submit it to the rules committee. Happy hunting and to the most interesting and VALID submittal, I will see about some group voting and sending you a custom stamp of some sort for joining in.

Synopsis: Are missing scores a penalty?
Answer from Rules committee: No.
Correct Answer: 804.03 G (2) Yes, an omission is considered an incomplete card including the totaled score.
