Folks,

I need your help getting the course ready for the Wide Open. I have many
projects that will need to be tackled this upcoming weekend, that we can get
started on. I need to have people to help advise others, people that konw how
to drive machinary (we have access to a few machines all weekend, so even if you
can not make it on Saturday, Friday or Sunday would be great as well.)

Please come out and help this weekend, we can truly make a difference on the
course this weekend, we are fast approaching the phase to get tee-pads
installed, and this weekend could go a long way towards getting us to that point.

Let me know how you to can be a part of the vision.

Lou I had meeting with Mike Spady this morning. We will need to provide the
following for the clean up

1. Two flat bed truck 2ton
2. Chipper truck
3. 910 loader
3. unloader
4. truck load of dirt for the KCFDC area.
5. picnic tables, and grill
6. Packer trash truck
7. tow truck ( I will order from fleet maintenance)
The area that you will be working on is the overlook areas along Cliff Drive the
staging area will be at Lexington Ave and Prospect Blvd. same as last year. I
will order the 2 port-potties units and hand washing until and have them station
at the staging area. .
The work will get started at 8: 00 a.m. I will need to pick up about 20 safety
cones on Friday the 21st. so that Mike Spady can use for Sat clean. He will also
have use of my hand held city Radio For Sat. If any thing else come up or you
have any question get let me know. Thanks for all your help.
