This year is going to be a difficult year for me to try and do the majority of the prep work associated with this tournament. I will be on the road for work most of March and April, so I am going to need assistance getting things done not only before the tournament, but the days of the tournament as well. I hope I can count on our LODGA members to come through for me.

Laura and Jim Bob Karshis have graciously agreed to host a meeting at their house Friday, February 10 at 7pm so that I can spell out what needs to be done, and give out assignments. If we all pull together, this can be the best LOSO yet. If you leave everything up to me, it will be a sad tourney indeed. Please let me know if you can make the meeting, so Laura can get a good count. Thanks in advance!

Laura is going to cover the concessions again, and I hope to have James Pellman help me with the registration/score cards again. It's all the stuff that needs to be done PRIOR to the event I'm worried about.
