I have a feeling it will be at Live Oak park.... And I think we will play the holes there at the park.... Start time will be in the morning.... And we will use golf discs and aim at disc golf baskets.

I have just accepted an offer from the DGA to be the title sponsor for the Live Oak Summer Open. What this allows me to do is:

1) reduce the amount of entry fee removed from ams to pay for players packages to $5. The players pack will be valued at $15 (not the $10 the PDGA requires)

2) Advanced Men, Intermediate Men and Rec Men winners will receive a DGA Mach Lite basket. (Don't worry ladies we'll take care of you too with some sweet DGA products.)

3) I'll have two discs with Steady Ed's ashes to raffle off. WOW!!!

4) All kinds of other DGA goodies will be available.

Actually, I believe there are 35 holes plus a practice basket and I think Brian is putting in a temp hole between 11A and 11B. Going to be a great time. Brian always does it up right.

I thought there was 518 holes out there? Felt like it last time I played. :D

The new temp hole between 11a and 11b are mark with little pink things in the ground. After 11a look left for the tee. The basket is 260 feet up the mowed fairway. The basket will be where the single pink mark is.

I am headed out there this afternoon to plant a few more trees near the tee of 11c. Should make it interesting. :D

Maybe add a little more water around the tee too!!! :D

Hope you are wearing some boots, cause the tee box was surrounded by water on Sunday afternoon. :)
