For those of you coming across to the British Open at Colchester in August, what are you doing on the next weekend? :D

The next event in the BDGA UK tour is on the 20-21 August at Crook of Devon, just north of Edinburgh, Scotland. Full details can be found at the following link.

Caledonian Open Invite PDF (http://www.acsimpson.plus.com/disc/invitation_-_tour_7_caledonian_open_2005_v1.0.pdf)

It's not a PDGA certified tournament, so no cash prizes, but we can guarantee you a great weekend of disc golf, Scottish scenery and hospitality, and free accomodation based in Edinburgh.

Also, August is Festival time in Edinburgh, with the International (theatre), Fringe (comedy), Film and Book festivals all running, and we can guide you around all of the main attractions.

If you're staying in the UK after the British Open, you know it makes sense to see Scotland while you're here. Any interest, leave a message here, or find me at Colchester.

Cheers,
Richard.

Man that makes me want to go back. I loved Edinburgh when I got to see it last year. I promised to myself while up in the highlands that I would be back at some point in my life. It's just that small little jump across the pond that makes it a tad bit expensive. I wish you guys great success and many birdies! If you ever come to Texas give me a holler.

And you didn't look up any disc golf while you were here? **** shame. We have the course just outside Edinburgh where the tournament is, and if you were in the Highlands, there's a great bunch of guys with their own course in Ullapool. You'd definitely have been able to hook up with somebody. Next time! 8^)
