Hi. I am also located in the "Rocket City" and would like more information on your group in Huntsville. I have played several times before, but would most likely rank as a complete beginner. I love the sport and want to play alot more. I find it a bit difficult though since I have 3 boys and a husband that works alot. He also plays DG but for some reason has cut back playing time lately. We, my husband, myself and a friend of ours, are supposed to be playing this week sometime. Guess it will be after working hours. I have never played outside of UAH's OLD course. My husband said his score took a major hit when he tried the new course.

ANYWAY, the point of this post was to let you know that you have at least one or possibly 2 potential women to add to your group. Just tell me whatever you want me to know about the group and I will try to figure out how to get there. As long as you promise not to laugh at my score. HA. :o

You just made my day!! I am so excited about the growth of disc golf IN GENERAL in the Rocket City! Yes, UAH is tougher than ever! But great practice for every shot!! I LOVE exclamation points!! I'm not yelling this message!! LOL

The only laughing you'll hear comes from the great jokes we tell while playing!! :DWe talk more than we throw!!

Basically, we meet every Tuesday night at 5:30. VERY CASUAL!! We've had people come out that have never picked up a disc. It's great! There are only a few that meet right now, but as you have proven...that total will just get bigger! :cool:

We are meeting at UAH tonight, weather permitting. The next FEW weeks in fact will be at UAH. I send out a newsletter every Monday to let people know "where the action is" for the week.
