RHBH = Right hand back hand
LHBH = Left hand back hand
LHFH = Left hand forehand (Sidearm)
RHFH = Right hand forehand
Hyzer and Anhyzer refer to the disc angle - This article explains it well. http://www.discgolfreview.com/resources/articles/angles.shtml - "To start this article, I will define the terminology that I will be working with.
*all definitions targeted at right-handed back-hand throwers*

Hyzer An angle of release where the outer edge of the disc is lower than the edge of the disc where you grip. This angle will generally make a disc curve to the left.

Anhyzer An angle of release where the outer edge of the disc is higher than the edge of the disc where you grip. This angle will generally make a disc curve to the right".

That also has a bunch of terms. Discgolfreview is a great site to get an understanding of throw mechanics. I'd suggest read the instructional articles there when you have the time. Then when you are playing with people who are better than you (which is probably the best way to improve), you can better see why their throw and technique is better.
