Note: The yearend World and Continental Rankings have not been produced until the final ratings for the previous year get posted in late February. Starting with this year, these yearend rankings will be produced this coming January much closer to yearend by using the December ratings values versus waiting until March. All of the Majors and tour results including the ratings from those events will have been completed by the end of December anyway. So all but the ratings from a handful of late year B-tiers will be missing. Those ratings will not be lost but incorporated in later ranking updates.
