The PDGA Competition Committee is looking to add one to three volunteers to its membership. The committee's primary work is updating and revising the PDGA Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events, as well as working closely with the Rules Committee and Majors/NT Working Group to address issues related to disc golf competition. Chairman Jay "Yeti" Reading and board liaison Mike "Sully" Sullivan will be reviewing applications and will make the ultimate selections.

Ideal candidates either will have extensive tournament director experience, will have played various tiers and sizes of amateur tournaments in different areas of the country, or both. The successful applicant will be very familiar with the Official Rules of Disc Golf and the Competition Manual, will be able to construct arguments for and against proposed changes to the sport's regulations, and will be highly proficient in written English.

Availability for quarterly conference calls and regular communication through digital channels will be expected. Applicants are required to be members in good standing with the PDGA and maintain such status while serving on the committee.
