7/29/09: Pro Masters Shuffle has been finalized

The shuffle has been finalized for the Pro Masters D & E pools. The "cut line" for the D pool is a total of 190. Competitors with a score of 190 or less now play in the D pool. Competitors with a score of 191 or greater now play in the E pool.
