The city of Huntsville and the Rocket City Chain Gang are proud to
present the 10th Annual PDGA United States Women's Disc Golf
Championships. The USWDGC started out at Rock Hill, South Carolina for
the first three years until it was taken under the loving wings of 'Old
Man & Mom' Wallace. Bill 'Old Man' & 'Mom' Wallis ran the
tournament for six years out of Peoria, Illinois making the event what
it is today. The event has become the premier event for women in the
sport and the Rocket City Chain Gang and Tournament Director Chris
Jaskolka are excited to present the largest payout in US Women's
history and in women's disc golf history.

Huntsville, Alabama is known as the Rocket City because of the
city's past as a mecca of space exploration & reasearch. It is also
the home of Space Camp, every aspiring astronaut's dream summer
vacation. Huntsville has previously hosted the 1983 & 1993 PDGA
World Championships and is home of Disc Golf Hall of Fame member,
Lavone Wolfe and 2005 Master's World Champion Dean Tannock. Huntsville
will now turn it's attention to the ladies by hosting the event that
will raise the bar for women's championship disc golf. With the
financial support of our sponsors and the countless hours our staff has
volunteered, The Rocket City Chain Gang and the City of Huntsville
welcome you to our city of space pioneers and disc golf championship
events.
