A PDGA National Tour event, the Masters Cup drew the top disc golf professionals in the world to Santa Cruz from May 21 - 23. Twelve-time world champ Ken Climo captured the men's open title while local favorite Carrier "Burl" Berlogar won the women's title. Other winners were Patrick Brown (masters), Scott Riley (grandmasters) and Dr. Rick Voakes (senior grandmasters). The legendary DeLaveaga dics golf course once again proced to be one of the most difficult, yet beautiful, courses in the world.
