There is an old saying that the cream always rises to the top and today was no exception during round 3 of the Memorial Championship. Josh Anthon continued his great play of late when he carded an 1109 preliminary rated round of -15 at Fountain Hills on Friday to propel himself from the second card into a three throw lead over Dave Feldberg with 18 holes left to play on Saturday. Feldberg had the best round on the lead card with a -12, while second round leader Nikko Locastro carded a -8. Cardmates Cale Leiviska and Paul McBeth struggled on the day to fall off the lead card. Ken Climo had a very hot -12 while playing with Anthon, which moved him onto the final showcase group.
