The Professional Disc Golf Association is pleased to announce the hiring of Alan Kane of Columbia, South Carolina as the new PDGA Events Manager. Mr. Kane began work in the newly created position on January 2, 2012. His primary responsibilities will be the management of PDGA owned events, such as the Professional and Amateur Disc Golf World Championships, and the Collegiate Disc Golf National Championships, as well as providing logistical support to sanctioned events on the 1300+ event PDGA tour.
