… SATURDAY , OCT. 20 … get yourself (and 3 partners) organized-up into a 4-Person-TEAM to assault the Mountain on Bear’s Lair … Chandler Park sign-ups (for cheap) until 9:50am … our own Tulsa County Parks Department is our host (and providing Lunch and Trophies) for their annual Charity efforts to The United Way … there’s a great history for this event ; and I’ll once again take the lead position for Pat and the County Staff … let’s show them a Big turnout in support …

… TDSA General-Membership-Meeting and Annual-Elections … approx. 11:30am … be involved … be a part of your Local Club … be a good listener or a good talker … Membership input , questions , and suggestions are welcome … your serving Administrators are just the same as you : Players and Members who’ve accepted further tasks and responsibilities on behalf of others …
… Chow-Time dee-luxe at approx. 12:30 … please feel free to bring along some extra side-dishes … (mmmm , chili for Hot-Dogs ?) …
… a “Flights Draw-Doubles” round will have sign-ups until 2:00pm … all Players welcome … once again featuring discounts for TDSA members … blaze your best-shot-format against the Moose Run Course ; and earn another Poker-Chip at the same-time … once you see who your random-partner is , side-bets and challenges are always welcome …

… and while we’re on the subject of your Annual Club Elections ; here are your particulars … the 2012 Ballot will be set for four (4) Administrator positions to be elected … ANY TDSA Member (current) can be elected for those volunteer positions of service to your Club … from whatever number-of-candidates are printed-on-the-ballot (plus write-in spaces) the current Membership will have the duty of voting for 4 of-those-names to serve … there are 2 ‘incumbents’ choosing to run again for re-election in 2012 :

Man , Woman , or Child : if you are a current TDSA Member and want to serve your Club further , notify any Administrator (or TD) of your wishes …

… remember that (as per normal) the Tulsa County United Way tourney on Saturday is always Low-on-Entry ; Tall-on-Fun ! … only $9 per man (or woman) for your Team to group together in a Best-Shot Scramble … Ace-Runs and Close-Calls and Tough-Putts will rule the day … which Team will earn the bragging-rights over their arch-nemesis-Teams ? … which will claim the highly-coveted individual-Trophies ? … you can be sure that many side-bets will be issued as well … call your buddies and get your Teams lined-up …
