Janesvilles Lustig course has been pulled out! At least five of us found out the hard way after driving 60 miles on a magnificient fall day to find it gone.
I understand the right of the people in charge to pull a course for the season BUT at least have the desentcy to post it on some threads. And what ever happened to the Wisconsin Disc Sport Association? I thought they were always supposed to be the ones who kept everyone informed as the official site? But on a brighter note: U W Whitewater has 18 holes now we found out. |

I heard about Lustig being pulled last weekend (when I was planning on driving to play it . . . I instead went to rockford and played anna page courses) when site someone on dgcoursereview mentioned they saw it on the MADC site. This sounds like good reason to have a site for all wisconsin courses to report to. Maybe a coordination nightmare for one person, but it would be good if it was all in one sport for sure, or maybe the site could be set up to have a bunch of local representatives keep track of their local areas.

The New-9 at Dretzka has been pulled. The Dretzka Winter course Top-9 is in the ground.
Both the regular course @ Dretzka & the Brown Deer course will be closed for the Winter starting on Monday (Nov. 15th or sooner). |

Both Dretzka & Brown Deer Disc Golf courses will be pulled for the winter on Sunday morning (Nov. 13th). The Winter-9 will be installed at Dretzka at that time. The lower 15 holes will remain closed until the ball golf course closes; sometime in December.
The Village Park course in Sussex is now closed for the season. |
