Default Fly Ink Sizzler
Just wanted to let you guys know about the tournament coming up in Junction.

What: Fly Ink Sizzler
Where: Junction, Tx
When: July 30 and 31
Format: Two rounds single on Saturday with One round on Sunday.

Free camping in the city park, plenty of motels if interested. Possible 600ft, 200ft elevation CTP

Details are still getting ironed out but this thing is starting to move. I will keep you posted.

PS: We are doing Hole Sponserships for $25 get you a sign on a hole and name on shirt.

Thanks!!! Its going to be 2 rounds on satuyday... BBQ provided by the renound Bill Y from cibolo. First 25 get free lunch... Sunday 1 round of 24.

Good info, I've started a thread on our local club site. I'll add this info to it.

Got a flyer made up for this yet? I sell discs at my shop and would like to have one to hang....

Yes I will send it to you... pdf ok? Also online signups are up at twistedflyer.com... Lisa Fajkus was the first to sign up so I hope you have some WPO's to give her some comp!!!!

Is camping at the same park as the course?
Guessing just up around the play ground area?

Yes, camping is on the City side (aka) The six hole side. Camping is on the course and will be posted with Fly Ink Camp area signs.

So will you(or someone) be at the course on Friday to sign people up? Got a couple of people who are on the fence about playing and 1 that just doesn't like to sign up online. Let me know, so I can let them know.

Also I've been asked if there is any doubles happening on Friday?

Looking forward to a fun weekend!

Yes... We will be on the city side friday 2 to 6 for signups and dubs. $20 a team Pro...am...and Mixed

Got a couple more questions for you:

First I went to sign up a buddy today, but I guess online signups have been cut off. We are ridding together, but I am not 100% that I will get there by 6. What can we do?

Also I've been asked about the doubles. Is that a flex start between 2 and 6, or is it a teetime of 2pm?

Great time this weekend at the FlyInk Sizzler. Of course I wish I would have played Saturday like I played Sunday...but that's the way it goes it seems. Better luck next year right?

I did regret not doing that after the fact....but also know how busy it is to run a tourney. I will for sure introduce myself at the next one!

If you ever do anything else close to this area or really wherever I'd be glad to help promote it any way I can.
