December Ratings posted

Updated ratings posted. Reminder to TDs to get any late reports to the PDGA by the end of the year so we can process the yearend ratings by the end of January. Dave estimates there are just 60 event reports remaining to process to complete the year and that includes 25 events in December. World Rankings and POY/ROY updates will be posted before Christmas, hopefully later this week.
