Well I take it that since there is no write-up about last weeks mini (scores/powling/food) that yall either did not play, played poorly, or were just so bummed out that Me, Bigarm, was not there......I'm sure someone played, and was just wondering how it went????

good scores playing doubles then you add your handicap and they werent so good..

1. 46 joe/devin, martin /cole split $45
3. Jd / Edman 47 split 8

another ace falls thanks to Martin on hole # 13 (reg #9)

ACE POT is now $102 for current members

menu was discussed but not many people had input. i have heard deer sausage so we will need coals and tortillas.. wife will make some crawfish etoufee but not sure how much she will be making.

next week will be the last night on the winter course so we will play straight random draw doubles no handicap to see if anyone can beat 43..

The 21 hole layout should be twicked also......maybe Mando on 9,some more OB on #3, island on #11........just thinking out the box to enjoy the course more now that we have so much WIDE OPEN.

Now don't think because I wrote YALL are moving to the big course that I'm going to switch courses for the summer. It all depends on the ankle and how it holds up on the 14th to see if I can make all 21-holes....Last year it just got so sore that walking the next day at work was painful to do.......so we will see how it goes....and when Vinnie suggested a re-work of some holes?? Shorter right??

Now that powling & cooking are gone, fear not, as there is still a way to make money after the round. Side betting on who will be the first person after the round to SPEED away from the parking lot!!!! 1.00 dollar would get you in the pot......see all tonight....

Still on for singles this week?? And still sign up by 4:55 and tee at 5pm?? Did not get back in time to see who left first after the round...but if you bet on one of the long-time members, you lost....unless of course it was Jerry P.....

Sign up by 4:45 tee at 5:00. $5 buy in. $3 to payout, $1 to Ace Pot, $1 to the club. This is the start of a 10 week singles handicap 1 division format. Handicaps will be based off of rounds played on the regular 21 hole layout, but tomorrow, if you had a winter league handicap, that will be used for the purposes of scoring. Ace pot for current members is $157

The City of Austin will be installing a multi-basket putting green at the entrance of the new Colorado River Park Disc Golf Course. In memory of Ian Hovey, John and Laura Hovey are having a memorial bench installed next to the putting green. We are asking for donations to help make this as beautiful a memorial as possible. All donations will help improve the landscaping and overall aesthetic of this area. If you wish to make a donation, please have it submitted by Friday, March 30th. Waterloo Disc Golf Club will be accepting the donations, you can mail a check or money order to the club at

WDGC
PO Box 33531
Austin, TX 78764

or you can bring your money to either of the club’s upcoming League nights at Zilker Park on the evenings of Thursday March 22nd or Thursday March 29th.

Lala will also be taking donations @ the Wed mini's for the next 2 weeks.

OK, May, I do not speed away from the parking lot, I'm not in a hurry, I have other things to do, I'm not drinking and I'm not eating pork and beef right now, I get plenty of putting practice at home, (you guys need it) My wife has a dinner waiting for me. So what's your bag?
