I feel you JohnE. Et and I know what it's like to not be playing golf lately. I much appreciate the update on powling and Teams. It reminded me that there is light at the end of this tunnel...I just hope it's not a fully loaded steel hauling train!!!

I'm back yatches! If anyone wants to get in on the 'who had the most fun' contest, it's go time. I've got two weeks of pent up anger from sitting in coach for 30+ hours I'm going to take out on a boatload of CFOs.

You want to be the man.... you gotta beat the man! WOOOOO!!!! Btw Manny, that's mine. You can borrow it, but it's already been claimed, circa 2005 Ice Bowl.

P-Dub you'll have a lousy time tomorrow at Wilco. Shadier, cooler, less distance, shorter playing time=less beer!

This will be our last week for 5:00 start We'll cut back to 19 holes (skip C & B). Following this week, for the next 2 weeks we'll start @ 4:30 with 19/18 holes, then continue to push time back until we move to the winter course in November.

17 players, 19 holes of golf

Ben aces #10 off the tree. Lala, I think Ben plans on showing up next week for the massive $75 ace pot payout. Ben, don't forget me, Keith, Albert, and Tony were on your card and we all yelled too (just not as loud as you did, heh).

1. Denton/MattHarris -5 (52) $30
2. Tony/Tony -4 (53) $15
3. Chili/SteveO -3 (54) $6

For those of you double checking, yes Tony payed and played double cali, and I neglected to factor in the additional $3 into the payout. Lala, let me know how you want to handle that.

Think the ace Pot is $65 not $75 with 63 players since the last ace with 2 paying double cali. Hopefully I can get the money to someone to give to Ben Wed (yes he's current), not sure I'll be back by then .

I drove by OSP yesterday. Now, hole 6 is completely ripped up. Ironically, the basket is still there! Its surrounded by large piles of dirt and earth movers, lol.

THE CABINET'S PLAN IS STILL TO MEET AT 4:30 AT HOLE #1. Yes, we will need to play Winter tomorrow, and possibly going forward as well. Since we can't guarantee we'll get the word out to everyone, that's why we are saying meet at #1, and given that we are going to play Winter, we'll have time to do the draw and get over there. Sucks? I agree! We had no advance warning. :/

Also, it appears that this work is moving forward and might possibly affect regular holes 7-10 in the near future. Its not entirely obvious at this point. I would expect that given we'll get a better look playing Winter tomorrow, we'll be better able to answer that.

I will not be there in time to play, but will come after work to give Ben & Vinnie their ace money - unless I see you tonight. Both Wed & Sunday ace pots are at $0.

With the move to winter course, will there be powling tomorrow?

Powling TOMORROW? I guess that depends on a couple of things....baskets, Vinnie and his 'puter, and food. I'd be glad to bring some charcoal.
