RFP - Worlds DVD

The Professional Disc Golf Association is requesting bid proposals for the filming and production of the 2009 PDGA Pro/Am Disc Golf World Championships DVD. The scope and details of this project, and the bid requirements are outlined in the documents which are linked to below. The deadline for receipt of bids by the PDGA office is April 17, 2009. A contract shall be signed by the PDGA and the videographer submitting the winning bid.

The successful bidder will produce a video of the 2009 PDGA Pro/Am Disc Golf World Championships, to be held in Kansas City, MO, July 27 – August 1, 2009. Please see the link below for a draft schedule for more detail on the different event activities and their timing.
