I was planning on being in town this weekend, and was wondering if I could get a guided tour on Bella Vista. I've been trying to play this course for a while now, and it looks like the weather and my schedule are finally going to let me. If you've got a free Saturday to play, please let me know.
Also, what's the state of Northshore? How many of it's holes aren't playable? |

Hey, as was said, this weekend is Horseshoe Canyon, so many locals will be out of town.
As for Northshore, it should be OK to play all the way through. There will be brushpiles along the fairways of some holes, and some downed trees in the fairways, but I think they have all pretty much been cut and laid flat, so just NO rollers! ![]() I know that we made it through hole 6 before lunch, I went back after lunch and cut on hole 7 (pine fairway) to make it throwable. I saw a crew down on hole 10, in the woods and assumed they had just come on through the woods from hole 5 and 6. If that is true it should be pretty well playable. It still looks ugly from all the downed stuff and hangers still there, but it's playable. |
