Black Omega SS / David Dick
Jim, this disc belongs to David Frazier now......I'll bet if you gave it to Twoputt he would return it to its rightful owner. ![]() Thanks, James |

The orange champ gator I'm not terribly concerned. If Jeremy finds a yellow latitude sinus putter with ace signatures all over it, I'd be willing to make a special trip to the Lodge. thanks

I didn't want to page through pages of old threads here to find an appropriate forum topic...so I am going to post this information here...
A friend of mine today played Reed during lunch today (11/13/2008) and noticed that someone had taken basket #3...(as an aside...the only Ace I have had is on this hole...) He said it was dragged over by the baseball field parking lot and left there...between hole #8 and #9...I just found this out in an email he sent me this evening... |

$5,000 REWARD Unfornuately I have just been informed that Big Dave Nicholson's cars were broke into at his house last night sometime. Joe Rotan was staying with him but they didn't get into his vehicle. What they got: Dave's baby, his guitar and his ampliphier that he has had since he was a teenager, all of the car stereos, his sons college books, basically everything. All he really wants back is the guitar, no questions asked. They did leave some finger prints so maybe there is hope. If you hear anything about this from someone, please let the police know, we don't want dave going away for manslaughter. |

He is pretty bummed about it, mostly because he left the guitar in the vehicle.

Sorry to hear that Dave. What losers. They have to be someone close to you or your neighborhood to know you have that stuff out there. Got any neighbor kids?

Dave, I am very sorry for your loss. I have been the victim of theft several times myself. Backhoe got stolen, trailer, pipe, lots of stuff. Power tongs, and nothing ever comes of it. Just the power tongs alone cost me $18,000 to replace and no insurance, it hurts. Those things are just stuff. But to have your piece stolen that is part of who you are, your history, growing up, memories, man I pray that they find your baby and the s o b's that took it.

Big Dave....post up the info for your guitar and I will start contacting all the pawn shops.
They will probably try and wait a week to sell it...to try and get the heat off....so we need to be diligent. Bad stuff. If I ever caught someone stealing from me I would be HARD PRESSED to contain myself. This little piggy went to market....SNAP! |

Was a police report taken? I am assuming that since you mentioned fingerprints that it was the police that determined that. Did they offer any hope of recovering the merchandise?

With the total number of auto burgleries that occur in Tulsa every day, the chances of recovery are small, not impossible but small. There is always hope that these people will screw up somehow and be caught.
Tulsa has a burglery rate 1.9 times the national average and even car thefts are 1.48 times the national average. So far just in 2008 through the month of September, Tulsa had over 4800 burgleries, over 10,000 larceny cases and over 1700 auto thefts. ![]() We caught a car with four young guys in it two or three years ago on New Years eve breaking into our cars and every car in the neighbor hood, they were arrested and charged with over 90 burgleries and we got our stuff back but it still took over 14 months for our stuff to be returned. The court system seems to favor the guilty and not the victems ![]() Rule of thumb...............insure everything. |
