discspeed, we are trying to differentiate it from the Viking. Vk could have meant either, VL would only pertain to Valk

i read in another thread it was vl for valk less stable(Not leopard bottom) is that true or is the 5 time valks in production now the same as before or are they less stable with the vl on bottom. I seen 5 time valks with vl and some with vk on bottom my viking is marked vg. maybe this is a reason why molds should have name in them like discraft hmmmmmm

OK, going to try again.
Dave Why are the Gremlins not going to be run in CE plastic? Any thought to a Pro Line Gremlin? I really like the DX Gremlin when it's new, but unlike the Roc when I beat it up it really becomes useless.......for me. Yes I know the first run's were called Pro Line Gremlins. Sorry I was not more clear. Some like to take things very literal around here. Had a chance to throw the Pro Line Aviar this weekend and it seems to be a nice approach and short driver for me rather than a putter. Anyone else have a chance to put it though the paces? Any thoughts? |

I saw disc today with WX on the bottom, and no name on the top (other than Innova). What kind of disc is it?

And more than likely, it was a Champion Whippit....
Why is there an X with some of the discs, like the whippit-x or JK Aviar-x? |

steven, no update on release of TLS yet, scoob, If we run the Gremlin, it will be in Pro rather than dx or Champion. We have limited capacity to run discs. We have to choose one version.

WX is written on Champion plastic, making it a Champion Whippet. Sure has a big rim. Thanks for the info!

Well if you do forget, Felix, it won't bother me. I don't throw whippits that much unless I need to get out of a trouble area or for a short forearm shot.

Dave, you make me sad. My Pro Line Gremlins are the longest midrange in my bag, not to mention the only disc in my bag with multiple aces. I have been looking forward to the second run ever since your first mention of it. But alas, the Gremlin will be no more in the sweet candy state it once was. Insert expletive here.

Dave
Are you saying that you may go to the Gremlin as Pro Line only? No more DX? |

I know this is a bit of a different question but I got to thinking about it yesterday. Have you guys ever considered approaching ball golf retail chains (Golfsmith, Nevada Bobs, Edwin Watts, etc..) about carrying your products?

Doug's question reminded me of something...
Dave, I was in a couple of Oshman's here in Houston and noticed that they are selling Champion TLs, stamped like regular Champ plastic. Are these actually TLs? I thought Champ TLs were CFRs?

hmmm did a couple of TL's escape from the plant. those darn suckers fly off everytime the doors open lol if they are supposed to be cfr innova needs a more secure cage for these birds. lol did you buy any i would have bought at least 1. did they have the regular champion stamp.
Hey dave we were discussing a while back on why you guys don't stamp the cool pictures on the champ discs and was wondering if our comments got you guys at innova thinking about that or no. I really like the artwork of the bird on the super roc you guys should revamp the artwork of dx discs and use the newer versions on champ discs those discs especially in those bright colors would look cool with some new modern artwork on them. I know their were a couple of guys who were wanting these stamps as well. speak up guys let's get that rant going again lol |

Add another vote to putting original artwork that is done on dx plastic on Champion/Pro Line plastic. If anything run a limited amount, make them more of a collectors item.
