Dave,
I am looking for information on what I was told to be a Cheetah 2 proto in what feels like the original KC/SE plastic. These had star stamps like the SE Banshees from around '95 with no indication on them to let you know the model. The profile of the disc is Cheetahesque, but leaning towards a Valkyrie. Do you remember these? Thanks in advance. |

Some Millennium molds are easy to work in queue, and some aren't. The Omega,MS, and JLS are easy to get in. The drivers are more difficult.

Dave,
Are you phasing out the TL in the Pro plastic? It doesn't seem to be readily available except in the 174-175 range. |

I bought up a years supply of the ProLine TL's a month ago. They are the coolest turnover disc I've ever thrown. Like a 50% longer beaten in Roc, I can throw them hard and high and they will turn over at the apex and then just glide absolutely straight forever (almost no low speed fade). I will miss the TLs and hopefully in a year at least one of my Star TL's will be really flippy.

their should be 'there' ... the period after plastic should be a question mark ... alot should be 'a lot' ... there should be a comma after a lot ... its should be it's ...
still, the first edit did make it more reader friendly

"a lot" is not properly used here. The only time this phrase should be used is when reffering to an actual lot (such as a lot of land).

I apologize for continuing this off-topic discussion, but the usage of a lot is correct. In fact, if you're suggesting that alot should be used, it doesnt even exist as a word.

i had to read it again but it turns out JR isn't saying 'alot' is a word or that the correct spelling of a lot is alot (it isn't). he is saying one should not say 'i throw Monsters a lot', but one could say 'i own a lot of Monsters -- or -- 'i frequently throw Monsters.'
in other words, one shouldn't use 'a lot' if one means often. ![]() ( a lot should be used to describe quantity -- not frequency) |
