Dave,
I was looking through my clubs latest order and they had 4 ch. starfire. 1 of them was in the original SF mold before they were retooled to the SX. i throw al three molds(SL,SF,SX) so i could easily compare. how many of these are still around or are yall still using the old mold?or did i just get lucky? : ) :

I've noticed that my 170G Star Wraith is more stable that my 175 Star Wraith. Is it because the added weight is in the thickness of the top and not the edge? Or just one of those things. The top is very stiff on the 175G (would make it a good forehand roller).

In flight and general profile the dx Wraith is remniscent of a faster, larger rimmed Valkyrie. I was wondering if you think it has a chance of beating the distance record?

Dave,
I just picked up two Stingrays at a local sporting goods establishment, and the rims are different. Has the mold been tweaked? One rim concaves in a little before the lip, and the other is smoother and thicker. |

Hey Dave
What do you think about these "newer" 11X KC Rocs, Do you think they feel anything like the Coveted San Marino Roc? do you think they will be heralded in 6 years as much as 8x and 9x and 10x etc...... actually I do not know if the 9/10x are that heralded but I like them. They are really stiff and a bit domey (the 11X). I know I bought a 9x Roc out of a used box for 4 dollars in 2003 and now every one wants it cause it has rode in my bag for 4 years and is "aged" to a "high quality" flight characteristic. I think the 11X will be the same way. Do you throw them? Do "top" pro's stockpile them? |

Dave, could you elaborate a bit on the "original KC Roc material"? How is the other stuff different? Thanks

Hi Dave,
Id appreciate it if you came out with a Deer stamped disc. Apparently, they are pretty ticked off youve done about every animal and mythical creature, and they are now extracting revenge. At around 8 am this morning a deer jumped through the plate glass window of our Pro Shop and thrashed about for awhile, leaving through the same window. Its a trip, and I added a thread about it to the misc. Just a warning, watch out, they arent happy.

I think you're right - I remember that - it was Brown Deer Park and won the "hotstamp design of the year" once.

Had a WhiteTails stamp or Bucks Co. stamped Aviar once I got from Yeti. It had a deer on it.
