This has to be the best rendition of this 60s classic. The link was sent to me by my best friend of 40 years. Either he's a glutton for punishment or I'm one of the luckiest people around to have known him for so long!
Below is a link to one of the best pieces of sound engineering work I think I have ever heard/seen. It is a composite audio/video of song whereby additional tracks were laid in by different singers and musicians from different places around the world. The song itself is that classic standard "Stand By Me" originally released in 1955 by The Staple Singers and released again in 1961 by the Drifters. This composite version is a real toe tapper. 2nd one was a proposed German Police car that will do 225, to patrol the Autobahn.
3rd was an Astrian Police car Now for the Fastest American Police car, clocking in at 155 ![]() ![]() now for the slowest???? ![]() or at least the Greenest! |
